Job summary

CBRE seeks an Associate Project Manager to join the Project Management team, supporting a Life Sciences client in Spring House, PA. The role assists project managers across budgets, schedules, procurement, quality and risk to help achieve client objectives.

This onsite position requires reading contracts and drawings, coordinating meetings, and maintaining project documentation governance. A Bachelor's degree is required; PMP/LEED AP are preferred, with strong MS Office and MS Project skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• PMP and LEED AP preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist all facets of project management including budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk.
• Read, understand and apply standard documents affecting real estate projects (contracts, leases, charters, drawings).
• Interact with clients to define project requirements and prepare scope, budget, work plan, and risk identification.
• Help identify resources, conduct simple RFIs/RFPs, and support change management and governance.
