Job summary

Randstad is seeking a driven Business Development Manager for our Life Sciences division. You will drive new business by building strong client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering staffing solutions across the biopharma clinical trial process.

The role relies on outside sales experience, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements, negotiate terms, and present Randstad as a trusted partner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 4 years outside sales in staffing industry.
• Life Science staffing background and/or clinical or scientific experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interface with clients and executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships and identify sales opportunities to drive staffing solutions.
• Conduct market research and qualify target accounts within geography.
• Manage multiple client relationships and communicate expectations; advise on staffing solutions.
• Ensure accurate completion of reports and activity tracking to achieve KPIs.
