Job summary

WithumSmith+Brown, PC seeks a Life Sciences Audit Senior to lead engagements across audit, review, and compilation for diverse clients with a life sciences focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• CPA license or actively pursuing CPA.
• Minimum 2 years public accounting experience, including leadership on multiple engagements.
• Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills with familiarity with US GAAP.
• Strong client-service and communication skills; ability to build client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Facilitate constructive performance discussions and provide counseling to staff.
• Lead professional development sessions as an instructor or discussion leader.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $80,000‑$105,000, based on location, role, skills, and experience. The base compensation is complemented by a competitive benefits package and a bonus program for eligible roles, based on firm and individual performance.
