Qualifications

PhD or Bachelor's/Master's degree with at least 3 years of professional experience.
Strong academic track record.
Willingness to travel up to 10%.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Ability to learn quickly and practice active listening.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work well with others and adapt quickly.
Ability to lead small groups.
Basic coding skills (Python, SAS, SQL); knowledge of Tableau or Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop code to ingest, clean, and process life sciences client data.
Build and run data processes, create reports, perform analyses, and deliver dashboards and slide decks.
Synthesize results and communicate with clients on deliverables.
Serve as client liaison and lead sub-teams for timely, error-free delivery.
Guide and oversee Associate Consultants.
Complete advanced analytical work independently.
Collaborate across team, organization, and client.
Handle other project work as needed.
