Job summary

Beghou, a life sciences analytics firm, is seeking an Associate Consultant in Thousand Oaks, CA. You will work with senior managers and partners to deliver data-driven insights, develop analytics, and engage with clients on challenging projects.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of experience, strong analytical skills, basic coding (SAS, SQL, Python, VBA) and proficiency with Tableau or Power BI. Beghou offers a collaborative environment and a flexible hybrid work policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 0–2 years’ experience; PhD may apply to Consultant role.
• Strong academic track record; ability to travel up to 10%.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; quick learner and good listener.

Responsibilities

• Develop code to ingest, clean, and process client data.
• Execute data processing tasks, troubleshoot errors, ensure accuracy and meet deadlines.
• Identify key metrics to generate insights for client reports and dashboards.
• Engage directly with clients, delivering innovative solutions.
• Collaborate on strategic solutions for salesforce sizing, territory alignment, and incentives.
• Contribute to ad-hoc client and internal projects.
