Accenture is seeking a Manager to lead life sciences commercial transformation initiatives across field, marketing, access, patient services, medical, and operations. The role emphasizes AI/data fluency to enable future ways of working and measurable value.

You will guide client workstreams, design operating models, and drive transformation roadmaps with cross-functional teams, shaping value through data-driven insights and governance.

Qualifications

6+ years in life sciences commercial roles or cross-functional work.
6+ years in life sciences commercial transformation, strategy, operating model or AI/data strategy.
5+ years in strategy consulting, professional services, or equivalent internal strategy role.
Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

Lead client workstreams translating commercial ambition into future-state operating models and AI/data-enabled roadmaps.
Frame AI/data approach for priority use cases, data requirements, governance, and value measurement.
Assess current processes, governance, data flows, and dependencies to identify improvements.
Build future-state workflows, capability models, and transformation roadmaps; facilitate cross-functional design sessions.
