• Lead asset/brand strategy, launch, portfolio growth, market access, patient services, and broader commercial strategy workstreams
• Assess market dynamics, customer needs, competitive landscapes, access considerations, and growth opportunities
• Translate strategic recommendations into operating model, process, governance, capability, talent, and technology implications
• Identify where AI, analytics, automation, copilots, or agentic workflows can improve decision-making and execution
• Facilitate client discussions and synthesize research, interviews, benchmarks, and data into executive-ready recommendations
• Anticipate risks and shifting priorities; shape workplans, hypotheses, analyses, and deliverables
• Lead workstreams and manage analysts/consultants to produce high-quality outputs
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and define value unlock opportunities for leadership decisions
• Support AI/data-enabled strategy and reinvention work by shaping use cases and governance
