Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Process Blueprint Lead in the Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice. You will own the design methodology for human + AI processes, map current and future operating models, and guide cross-functional teams to high-quality blueprints that unlock value for clients.

You will engage with C-suite stakeholders, drive strategic design decisions, and collaborate with AI & Data Innovators to ensure executability and delivered outcomes across global client programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise process redesign or operating-model transformation.
• Proven track record facilitating senior stakeholder workshops and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience designing human + AI processes and governance in enterprise programs.
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled workflows in Life Sciences.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client needs.

Responsibilities

• Own the methodology and standards for designing human + AI processes across all transformation workstreams.
• Lead current-state process assessments and identify friction, productivity, and capacity gaps.
• Design the future-state operating model with human + AI process flows and governance structures.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment workshops with client leaders to drive design decisions.
• Own the Process Blueprint as the primary deliverable defining the reinvented operating model.
• Partner with Value Architects and AI & Data Innovators to map blueprints to quantified value and executable plans.
