Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for Supply Chain Manufacturing focused on Life Sciences. You will lead technology-enabled programs across manufacturing, quality, and enterprise systems in regulated environments, driving measurable improvements and guided by GxP controls.

You will collaborate with plant operations, quality, and IT/OT teams, ensuring successful delivery of MES/MOM, automation, data analytics, and AI solutions with a strong governance framework and risk management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, information systems, business, or related discipline.
10+ years of relevant Life Sciences manufacturing and tech delivery experience.
Experience leading complex manufacturing transformations in regulated environments.
Client-facing program delivery with governance, resources, and risk management.
Ability to travel 80–100% as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Life Sciences manufacturing transformations from assessment to value realization.
Build relationships with senior stakeholders across manufacturing, quality, engineering, and IT.
Translate priorities into actionable workplans and measures.
Direct multidisciplinary teams across process design, automation, data, AI, and integration.
Lead design for batch and discrete execution, eDHRs, and quality workflows.
Guide integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, and cloud/edge platforms.
Shape analytics and AI use cases with data readiness and risk assessment.
Coordinate with quality and validation teams for GxP controls.
