Job summary

Artefact North America is seeking a Director to lead and grow the Life Sciences practice in the United States, combining commercial life sciences expertise with broad data, analytics, and AI capabilities. You will build client relationships, win new business, and oversee delivery of analytics, data strategy, and AI use-case development for pharma and biotech clients.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in consulting, analytics, or industry roles in Life Sciences.
• Deep experience in at least one commercial function: sales, marketing, market access, pricing, or contracting.
• Strong understanding of pharma/biotech commercial lifecycle.
• Experience engaging senior commercial leaders as a peer and advisor.
• Proven track record of winning business.
• Entrepreneurial, high-energy mindset with proactive business development.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a pipeline of Life Sciences clients.
• Lead end-to-end pursuits from opportunity to close.
• Engage C-suite and VP-level stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Represent Artefact at events and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with Artefact's global network to bring capabilities to clients.
• Lead delivery of high-impact engagements in analytics and data strategy.
