Position Overview

As a Manager within the Management Consulting, Life Sciences Industry practice, you will become a leader in one of the fastest-growing and most entrepreneurial groups within RSM. You will have the resources and cross-functional support of the largest middle market firm, operating in a lean and agile environment where your ideas and experience can directly influence our service offerings and client approach. We are continually expanding our scope of services and industries, and we need your help to do it.

Responsibilities

1. Lead consulting engagements for Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology clients, focusing on revenue analytics, government pricing, contract and channel valuation, compliance assessments, and Fair Market Value analysis.
2. Provide expertise on Gross-to-Net and Government Pricing, including responsibilities for related services and offerings.
3. Lead cross-functional assessments to identify gaps in Managed Markets, Finance, and Medical Affairs functions against industry standards and strategic initiatives.
4. Develop and implement market access and pricing strategies.
5. Manage price modeling related to government price points and analyze their impact on various contracts.
6. Assist clients in operationalizing compliant government and commercial programs, focusing on pricing and utilization management.
7. Advise clients on compliance with price transparency reporting programs.
8. Utilize data analytics and financial modeling to evaluate client data.
9. Manage teams through business requirements gathering, contract modeling, testing, and training.
10. Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams to foster strong relationships.
11. Lead business development efforts, including proposals and marketing content.
12. Oversee engagement economics such as budgeting, billing, and risk management.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience
• Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills
• Ability to work effectively with ambiguity
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Client relationship skills
• Team player with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel 50%+

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, or related fields
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• MBA or advanced degree
• Experience communicating with executive-level clients
• Project Management certification
• Knowledge of Global Regulatory requirements
