Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to support a Life Science client in Rahway, NJ. The role focuses on managing supply inventory, purchase orders, monthly expense reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and supply ordering to ensure uninterrupted operations.

The specialist will handle lab coat and PPE inventory, source materials for the GMP/non-GMP cleaning operations, and provide coordination across teams to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
