Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field required.
• Strong peptide chemistry knowledge and workflows.
• Experience with peptide synthesis and purification preferred.
• Experience operating laboratory instruments and troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong training skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work onsite in Matthews, NC.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level applications support for Life Science instrumentation for peptide synthesis and purification.
• Train customers, employees, and dealers on instrument use and workflows.
• Troubleshoot peptide synthesis/purification issues and provide guidance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and R&D on product improvements.
• Create and maintain technical support materials and documentation.
• Represent company at conferences and events as needed.
