Job summary

The role involves troubleshooting customer questions, training customers and staff, and supporting product development and sales activities. Travel up to 25% across the United States and Canada is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of peptide chemistry, including synthesis and purification workflows.
• Experience operating and troubleshooting scientific instrumentation.
• Experience with automated peptide synthesis and purification instrumentation preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong training skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level applications support for peptide synthesis and purification.
• Troubleshoot customer questions and instrument issues promptly.
• Train customers and internal staff on new instrumentation.
• Contribute to product development and technical documentation.
• Travel up to 23%–25% across the US and Canada.
