Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a relevant scientific or clinical discipline.
• Strong written communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to explain complex scientific concepts clearly.
• Experience working independently and managing self-directed projects.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic scientific and clinical scenarios based on professional experience.
• Evaluate AI-generated research, analyses, protocols, and recommendations.
• Compare AI outputs and identify scientific inaccuracies, reasoning gaps, and missed insights.
• Develop grading criteria and evaluation rubrics.
• Provide detailed feedback grounded in scientific evidence and professional standards.
