Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare operations, coding, CDI, or payer operations preferred.
• Fluent knowledge of coding/code sets (ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS, DRG/APC) and ability to cite guidelines.
• Credentials preferred but not required; production experience outweighs them.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate healthcare operations tasks using realistic encounters, denials, authorizations, and audits.
• Run tasks through frontier AI models and assess outputs against professional standards.
• Create grading rubrics detailing required codes, guidelines, payer policies and rationale.
