Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Analytics, Machine Learning, Experimentation, or Data Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or SQL.
• Experience working with messy, real-world datasets end-to-end.
• Strong analytical thinking and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic data science tasks based on real-world business and research scenarios.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated analyses, models, SQL queries, and code
• Compare AI outputs and identify strengths, weaknesses, and errors
• Develop grading criteria and evaluation rubrics
• Provide detailed feedback on statistical reasoning, modeling, experimentation, and data quality issues
