With 2+ years of clinical practice and an active license, you will build realistic clinical scenarios, evaluate AI outputs, and provide structured feedback on decision-making, documentation quality, and patient safety considerations.

Qualifications

• Active or recent clinical license required (RN, NP, PA, MD/DO, PharmD or allied health with independent judgment).
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical practice experience.
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and patient care workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated clinical notes, treatment plans, and medical documentation.
• Create realistic clinical scenarios based on professional practice.
• Develop grading criteria and evaluation rubrics for AI outputs.
• Provide detailed feedback on clinical decision-making, documentation quality, and patient safety considerations.
