Job summary

British Swim School of North Metro Minneapolis is seeking energetic individuals to teach swim lessons to children and adults, starting from 3 months old, following our gentle, progressive program.

You'll receive comprehensive training, a flexible schedule (including evenings), and opportunities for growth within a fast-growing, culture-driven company that values life-saving skills and a fun, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Enthusiastic personality and willingness to engage with children.
• Comfortable in and around water; strong swimming skills preferred.
• Must maintain certifications and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to and supports the Aquatics Manager and/or Business Owner(s).
• Instructs swimming lessons in accordance with training and program standards, maintaining certifications.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include evenings (4pm-8pm).
• Work in an environment where noise levels are moderate to high and be in the water for the duration of the shift.
