Job summary

Indiana Donor Network is seeking an On Call Driver / Transporter for a mid-shift, PRN role in Indianapolis. You will drive organ and tissue staff between donor hospitals across Indiana, transport donor samples and organs to airports or facilities, and relocate deceased patients to our center and to funeral homes. The job requires a high school diploma, a clean driving record, and the ability to arrive within an hour of being called. This on-call role covers midday to late evening hours.

Qualifications

• The ability to arrive at the office within one hour of being called.
• Safe driving skills with a clean, insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Transporting organ and tissue staff to and from donor hospitals across Indiana.
• Transporting donor samples and/or organs to and from the airport or testing facility.
• Transporting deceased patients from hospitals and morgues to the Indiana Donor Network center and to funeral homes within Indiana.
• Collaborating with internal team members and external clients to ensure safe, efficient transportation.
