Job summary

PHI Health is seeking an A&P-licensed mechanic with 2+ years of experience to maintain a fleet of helicopters across bases. You will review maintenance requirements, perform inspections, and ensure airworthiness in accordance with FAA, manufacturer, and PHI Health standards.

Travel between bases (7 on/7 off) is required; night shifts may be necessary. Sign-on bonus up to $25,000 is offered and the team emphasizes safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe & Powerplant required.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience as a certified mechanic.
• Basic communications skills required.
• Computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate daily maintenance or inspection requirements and carry out tasks to maintain airworthiness.
• Notify Lead Mechanic of unusual situations requiring schedule changes or extra support.
• Maintain field-base aircraft maintenance, inventory, and requisition spares as needed.
