Job summary

Bender Inc. is seeking an assembler to contribute to the production of life-saving electrical safety devices. You will read drawings, assemble wiring and subassemblies, and ensure products meet specifications.

This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a family-owned environment. The position requires at least one year of assembly/manufacturing experience, high school completion, basic math, and familiarity with power tools and tape measures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year assembly/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch.
• Proficient with basic math and computer use.

Responsibilities

• Assemble materials and read and interpret drawings, diagrams, or work orders.
• Inspect and assemble wiring installations and subassemblies.
• Pack finished products for shipment and label pallets per specifications.
• Adjust or repair electrical equipment and review work with supervisor.
