Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is hiring career-minded individuals to sell AAA Life Insurance products in a fast-paced environment. You will engage with members via warm calls and in-branch visits to identify needs and communicate product benefits.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, retention, and a strong sales drive to achieve monthly goals with uncapped commissions. Training and licensing are provided.

Qualifications

• Be an effective communicator both written and verbal.
• Computer experience and good organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business.
• Sales experience highly preferred.
• High School Diploma required; College Degree a plus.
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License.
• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Prior insurance industry experience is a plus.

• Make daily warm sales calls from our large membership database.
• Engage with members walking into branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products.
• Identify financial needs of members and translate benefits of Life Insurance.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention.

• Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database
• Engaging with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products
• Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of Life insurance products
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention
