Job summary

Canadian Breaks Consulting, LLC seeks a Life Safety Systems (LSS) Superintendent – Consultant to lead on-site life safety installations across large hi-tech buildings in Childress, TX. You will supervise low voltage subcontractors, manage schedules, RFIs, QA/QC, and ensure safety and compliance under the Electrical Project Superintendent and Electrical Construction Manager.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in low voltage electrical construction with life safety experience, OSHA 30, and a relevant

Qualifications

• 5+ years of low voltage electrical construction experience, including life safety systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent.
• OSHA 30 certification; able to work fully onsite in Childress, TX.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities with other superintendents and subcontractors.
• Supervise multiple subcontractors and craft employees.
• Maintain and adjust the project schedule daily.
• Manage RFIs and submittal materials for client and architect review.
• Provide a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols.
• Support life safety system startup, testing, and turnover documentation.
• Communicate status, risk, and mitigation updates to CBC leadership and client.
