Qualifications

- Ability to wear respiratory protection and complete safety training.
- Valid NC Driver’s License (or ability to obtain before start).
- Licenses/licenses as listed: NFPA/IFC/NC codes as applicable.
Responsibilities
- Assist with routine maintenance and inspections on Life Safety, Fire Detection, Fire Suppression, Security, CCTV, and related systems.
- Assist in PMs, repairs, and upgrades to Life Safety systems per codes.
- Support shop operations and ensure system integrity and safety across campus.
- Use laptops to perform diagnostics on microprocessor-based systems and generate reports.
