Candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical inclination, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure site uptime and equipment reliability. US citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical/associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent military training/manufacturing work experience.
• 5 years' experience operating life safety systems.
• 8-10 years related work experience—manufacturing or operations.
• US Citizenship required for potential government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide cultural leadership by exemplifying core values.
• Coordinate/Plan/Perform equipment preventative maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
• Contractor management.
• Provide technical guidance to technicians; SOP development and training.
• Support root cause investigations and implementation of solutions.
• Be the technical expert for life safety systems and related equipment.
