CMC Rescue in Goleta, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to operate sewing and cutting equipment, print labels, and assemble harness products in a fast-paced environment.

You will follow ISO quality controls, read Work Orders, maintain orderly stations, and collaborate with supervision to address machine issues and keep on-time production. Must have strong attention to detail and good computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality control processes is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Operates equipment that cuts raw materials (nylon, canvas, webbing) per Work Orders.
• Prints labels and instruction card labels for products.
• Inspects finished products according to quality-control specs.
• Glues harness padding and assembles finished harnesses.
• Inspects stitching to detect defects and reports issues to supervision.
• Maintains clean, organized workstations and adheres to safety procedures.
• Other duties as needed to support manufacturing efficiency.
