Job summary

Kisimul Group Limited is seeking Life Practitioners to join our Bridge House team in Surfleet, Lincolnshire. You will support adults with severe learning disabilities, assisting with daily activities and outings in the community.

You will work within our competency framework to develop your skills, with a company vehicle provided and a full UK driving licence required. Starting pay ranges from £12.71 to £13.60 per hour based on experience.

Our Adult Supported Living Home is looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Bridge House in Surfleet, Lincolnshire - This role is currently offering a £500 joining bonus

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting rates are £12.71 and for those with experience it’s £13.60

Level 1 - £12.71, Level 2 - £13.10, Level 3 £13.60
