Job summary

The Archdiocese of Baltimore invites applications for the Coordinator of Life, Justice, and Peace. This in-office role supports evangelization through Catholic social teaching on life issues, with outreach to pastors, parish leaders, and volunteer networks.

The position develops formation programs, coordinates events, responds to legislative developments, and creates communications to mobilize the faithful. Occasional remote work is allowed, with travel to parishes and events as needed.

Qualifications

• Practicing Catholic in good standing and supportive of Church teaching.
• Two to three years in related ministries preferred.
• Strong networking and volunteer mobilization abilities.
• Excellent writing and digital communications skills.
• Willingness to travel to parishes and events; occasional evening/weekend duties.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes evangelization through Catholic social teaching on life issues.
• Builds relationships with pastors and parish leaders across the Archdiocese.
• Leads Respect Life initiatives and supports parish coordinators.
• Develops formation programs and coordinates events and outreach.
• Produces communications (newsletters, campaigns, digital content).
• Supports office and Institute for Evangelization initiatives as needed.
