The Juris Agency is seeking motivated individuals to start a sales career in the insurance industry. We provide ongoing training and support, helping you develop the skills to excel and serve our customers effectively.

As a Life Insurance Sales Representative, you will build relationships, generate quotes, present options, and close sales while following leads from referrals and outreach activities. No prior sales experience is required, only a positive attitude and license commitment.

Qualifications

• Must have upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to create relationships from a cold start.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Prior Sales Experience.
• A Life & Health Insurance license is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Prospect for new business by following sales leads from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Present and explain insurance policy options based on client needs and goals.
