Alchemy Financial Group is seeking motivated individuals for a field-based life insurance sales opportunity in your local area. This independent contractor role focuses on client-facing sales with potential to move into team leadership.

Training is virtual with hands-on coaching; leads are provided early on; licensing is required. You’ll manage your own schedule, travel locally, and earn commissions based on production. There is no base salary; earnings are commission-based.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required.
• Ability to work independently with coaching and team accountability.
• Must obtain state life license before onboarding.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their insurance needs.
• Explain available life insurance options clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with prospective clients by phone, video, and in person.
• Complete applications accurately and follow carrier compliance requirements.
• Maintain an organized schedule and consistent weekly activity.
• Participate in coaching, training, and team accountability.
