Qualifications

• State insurance license is required prior to onboarding.
• Training combines virtual instruction with hands-on field coaching.
• Leads are provided during the first months; later reps manage their own lead inventory.
• Commission-based earnings with performance-based milestones.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their insurance needs.
• Explain available life insurance options clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with prospective clients by phone, video, and in person.
• Complete applications accurately and follow carrier compliance requirements.
• Maintain an organized schedule and consistent weekly activity.
• Participate in coaching, training, and team accountability.
