Alchemy Financial Group is seeking motivated individuals for a field-based life insurance sales opportunity in their local area. Training is provided, with a focus on client-facing sales and eventual leadership development.

No prior insurance experience is required, but licensing is required prior to onboarding. Representatives work predominantly in the field with about 70% local client meetings and 30% remote activities, including calls and virtual training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized schedule and consistent weekly activity.
• Participate in coaching, training, and team accountability.
