Job summary

Farmers Insurance North Texas is seeking a licensed Life Insurance Sales Specialist to partner with 50+ agencies in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role blends direct life insurance production with coaching, training, and developing agency teams to improve everyday conversations and drive results.

You will stay close to selling while expanding impact across a large network, with a focus on warm referrals and collaborative leadership. This is a true player-coach opportunity.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Active Texas General Lines Life, Accident, Health & HMO license.
• EXPERIENCE: One year of successful life insurance or financial-services sales.
• SALES SKILL: Experience conducting needs-based or consultative conversations and confidently asking for the business.
• PASSION: Belief in the value life insurance provides families and helping clients make good protection decisions.
• COACHING: Enjoy mentoring, role-play, and helping others improve.

Responsibilities

• Sell & Serve Clients: identify opportunities across North Texas agencies and engage existing clients in consultative life insurance conversations.
• Coach & Develop Sales Professionals: lead coaching, training, and role-play to improve client conversations and close rates.
• Build agency relationships to create warm referral flows and sustainable opportunities.
• Move opportunities from discovery to close with agency teams.
