Position Details:

• Compensation (Uncapped):
  • Part Time: $50,000+
  • Full Time: $125,000+
  • Agency Builder: $150,000+
• Opportunities: Sell life insurance, build and own an agency (optional), or do both!

What We Do:

• Help families get protected financially with life insurance or wealth products.
• Utilize a value-based, warm lead system—no cold calling required.
• Assist friends and family with their life insurance needs.
• Operate as a non-captive agency, contracted with 30+ top-rated carriers to find the best coverage for clients.
• Focus on simplified-issued, instant-decision products (no paramedical exam required).

Typical Day:

1. Purchase exclusive, warm leads from our value-based lead program or source clients through personal networks.
2. Contact leads to gather information and schedule follow-up meetings.
3. Identify suitable products from our carriers that meet client needs.
4. Assist clients in applying for their policies during the second meeting.
5. Optional: Help others become successful agents.

Requirements:

• This is a 1099/commission-based position.
• Must be a US citizen and at least 18 years old.
• Licensed or unlicensed applicants are welcome; unlicensed applicants will receive guidance and discounts to obtain licensing.
