Position Options:
Part-Time or Full-Time, Work From Anywhere
Compensation (Uncapped):
- Part Time: $50,000+
- Full Time: $125,000+
- Agency Builder: $150,000+

You can: Sell life insurance, build and own an agency (optional), or both!

Responsibilities:

• Help families get protected financially with life insurance or wealth products using our value-based, warm lead system (no cold calling required).
• You may also assist family and friends with their life insurance needs.
• Operate as a non-captive agency, contracted with 30+ top-rated carriers for the best prices and coverage options.
• Write simplified-issue / instant-decision products (no paramedical exam required), with applications taking about 15 minutes and commissions paid as quickly as 24 hours.

Building (Optional):

• Opportunity to build and own your own agency at no cost.
• Create passive income by helping others succeed as life insurance agents.
• Maintain true ownership, with the ability to pass down your agency.

A Day in the Life:

• Purchase exclusive, warm leads from Symmetry's lead program or source clients through your network.
• Contact leads, gather information, and set meetings.
• Select suitable products from our carriers to meet client needs.
• Assist clients with their policy applications during follow-up meetings.
• Optional: help others become successful agents.

• This is a 1099/commission-based position.
