Compensation (Uncapped):

1. Part Time: $50,000+
2. Full Time: $125,000+
3. Agency Builder: $150,000+

This is a 1099 / commission-based position.

Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen to apply
• You can sell life insurance, build and own an agency (optional), or both!

Sales Focus:

• Our main focus is to help families get protected financially with life insurance!
• We also offer health and wealth products.
• We have a value-based, warm lead system — sell ONLY to people who have already reached out for help with life insurance.
• NO COLD CALLING NECESSARY.
• You can help family and friends set up their life insurance.
• You are not required to buy Symmetry leads.
• We are a "non-captive" agency, contracted with 30+ top-rated carriers like Mutual of Omaha, Americo, Gerber Life, and more, to find the best prices and coverages for clients.
• We primarily write simplified-issued / instant-decision products (no paramed exam required).

The average application takes only 15 minutes, and commissions can be paid as quickly as 24 hours!

Building (Optional):

• You have the opportunity to build and own your own agency, which is not required.
• There is no cost to start.
• Build passive income by helping others become successful life insurance agents.

Typical day in the life of an agent includes:

1. Purchasing exclusive, warm leads from Symmetry's value-based lead program or sourcing clients through warm market or other preferred sources.
2. Contacting leads to gather information and schedule follow-up meetings.
3. Finding the best products from our 30+ carriers to meet client needs.
4. Helping clients apply for their desired policies during the second meeting.
5. Optional: helping others become successful agents.
