Position Details

• Part-Time or Full-Time - Work From Anywhere
• Compensation (Uncapped):
• Part Time: $50,000+
• Full Time: $125,000+
• Agency Builder: $150,000+

Opportunities

• You can sell life insurance, build and own an agency (optional), or both!
• Our main focus is to help families get protected financially with life insurance or wealth products.
• We use a value-based, warm lead system! (You are not required to buy Symmetry leads)
• We primarily write simplified-issue / instant-decision products (no paramedical exam required).
• The average application takes only 15 minutes, and commissions can be paid as quickly as 24 hours!

Building (Optional)

• You have the opportunity to build and own your own agency if you choose to, with no cost involved.
• Build passive income by helping others become successful life insurance agents.
• You will have true ownership of your agency, which can be passed down to others.

Day in the Life

1. Purchase exclusive, warm leads from Symmetry's value-based lead program or source clients through your warm market or other preferred sources.
2. Contact those leads to gather information and set up meetings.
3. Find the best products from our 30+ carriers to fit your clients' needs.
4. Assist clients in applying for their desired life insurance policies during follow-up meetings.
5. Optional: Help others become successful life insurance agents.

Requirements

• This is a 1099 / commission-based position.
• Must be a US Citizen / at least 18 years old.
• Licensed or unlicensed job seekers can apply.
• If unlicensed, guidance and discounts will be provided to help you obtain your life and health licenses.
