Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their team as a Life Insurance Position - State Farm Agent Team Member (Life Insurance Focus). Responsibilities

1. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
2. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive:

• Salary plus commission/bonus

Compensation: $52,000 to $75,000 per year.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
• Enthusiastic about insurance and financial products helping people manage risks, recover from the unexpected, and achieve their dreams.
• Self-motivated.
• Proficiency in computer applications, especially Windows.
• Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews.
• Life and Health licenses (must be current).
