Sarah Rader - State Farm Agent in Missouri seeks a motivated team member for a life insurance position. You will handle customer inquiries, promote State Farm products, and contribute to agency growth through sales and service excellence.

You’ll need strong people skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to obtain a Life and Health license. This role offers commission/bonus potential and opportunities for advancement within a supportive local agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive benefits:

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
