Responsibilities

• Obtain life insurance quotes from multiple carriers and compare for clients.
• Assist with preparing and submitting life insurance applications.
• Track applications through underwriting and follow up on requirements.
• Communicate with carriers and underwriters regarding case status and needed information.
• Gather medical history, medication details, financial information, and other confidential data from clients.
• Coordinate medical exams, client appointments, and underwriting requirements.
• Keep clients informed through phone, email, and text during the process.
• Maintain client and case data in CRM and carrier portals.
• Use Excel to organize data, create comparisons, and generate reports.
• Support the life insurance team with ongoing administrative needs and campaigns.
• Help improve administrative processes as the agency grows.
