• 10+ years of progressive leadership in large-scale operations
• Proven track record in transforming operations and driving efficiency
• Deep knowledge of financial services operations and regulatory considerations
• Strong financial acumen with experience building business cases
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder alignment

• Set and execute Life Inforce operations strategy aligned with U.S. Operations
• Lead end-to-end transformation of customer and producer experience
