Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
• 1-3 years of related experience.
• Life insurance or financial services experience highly desirable.
• Must obtain SIE and Series 99 or Series 6 license within 12 months of employment, if not already held.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized.

Responsibilities

• Accurately create in-force illustrations in response to requests for multiple products and systems.
• Communicate with agents, clients, and Home Office staff via written correspondence, phone, and in-person contact.
• Explain illustrations, advise on orders, and show how changes to in-force contracts can meet goals.
• Exhibit courtesy and sensitivity to exceed customer expectations and keep commitments.
• Maintain understanding of various insurance products, features, and potential tax implications of adjustments.
• Stay informed about departmental, company, industry and regulatory changes affecting the role.
