Job summary

OneAmerica Financial seeks a Product Tech Consultant in the VPMS & Illustrations team within the ILFS Product Development department to drive the technical delivery of life illustration software across Life, Annuity, and LTC products.

You will collaborate with IT specialists to integrate data between admin systems and illustration packages, support testing and deployment, and create specifications for external vendors, while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical/related field.
• 1–3+ years of Insurance/financial services experience.
• FLMI designation is preferred.
• IT background to understand technical aspects.
• Equivalent education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Define data integration between admin, ETL, and illustration systems for new and in-force policies.
• Support UAT, system, and regression testing and deployment for illustration updates.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for integrated illustration systems.
• Access admin and legacy illustration software to troubleshoot issues.
• Create and maintain illustration product specifications for ILFS products.
• Develop robust test plans with targeted test cases.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
