Alchemy Financial Group is hiring motivated people for a field-based life insurance sales opportunity in your local area. Previous insurance experience is not required; we provide structured virtual instruction, hands-on field coaching, and ongoing support for representatives who are willing to learn, follow the system, and work consistently.

About 70% of work is in the field with local clients and ~30% remote, including phone, video, and training.

Qualifications

• A state insurance license is required. Licensing requirements and any personal costs are explained before onboarding
• New representatives receive help with leads during the first few months of their career
• As representatives become established, they are responsible for purchasing and managing their own lead inventory
• Training combines virtual instruction with hands-on field coaching
• The company contributes toward some training support

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their insurance needs
• Explain available life insurance options clearly and professionally
• Follow up with prospective clients by phone, video, and in person
• Complete applications accurately and follow carrier compliance requirements
• Maintain an organized schedule and consistent weekly activity
• Participate in coaching, training, and team accountability
