As an independent contractor (1099), you will work primarily in the community near you, with some remote activity. A state license is required, and you’ll manage your own lead inventory over time.

Qualifications

• License required to operate as an insurance agent (licensing process explained before onboarding).
• Must be able to travel in local communities and maintain a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their insurance needs.
• Explain available life insurance options clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with prospective clients by phone, video, and in person.
• Complete applications accurately and follow carrier compliance requirements.
• Maintain an organized schedule and consistent weekly activity.
• Participate in coaching, training, and team accountability.
