Job summary

Alchemy Financial Group is seeking motivated people for a field-based life insurance sales opportunity in your local area. Independent contractor (1099) with commission-only earnings and company-estimated first-year earnings of $80,000-$120,000+ for full-time representatives who consistently follow the training and meet production benchmarks.

No prior insurance experience is required; licensing and some training support are provided.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required.
• Willing to obtain state life insurance license.
• Must have reliable vehicle and be comfortable traveling locally.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their insurance needs.
• Explain available life insurance options clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with prospective clients by phone, video, and in person.
• Complete applications accurately and follow carrier compliance requirements.
• Maintain an organized schedule and consistent weekly activity.
• Participate in coaching, training, and team accountability.
