Job summary

Alchemy Financial Group is seeking motivated individuals for a field-based life insurance sales opportunity in your local area. This independent contractor role offers commission-only earnings with no base salary or hourly wage.

You will meet with individuals and families to assess needs, explain life insurance options, and follow up by phone, video, and in person. Training, licensing help, and initial lead support are provided to help you get started.

Qualifications

• A state life insurance license is required.
• Training combines virtual instruction with field coaching.
• Leads are provided initially; reps build their own lead inventory later.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their insurance needs.
• Explain available life insurance options clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with prospective clients by phone, video, and in person.
• Complete applications accurately and follow carrier requirements.
• Maintain an organized schedule and weekly activity.
• Participate in coaching, training, and team accountability.
