Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Client Services Representative to support life insurance policyholders and financial agents. You’ll be the primary contact for inquiries, policy changes, and initial claims processing, delivering a high-touch experience while handling sensitive data.

No prior life insurance experience is required; we provide full training. Responsibilities include inbound requests, premium reminders, CRM data entry, reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 1–3 years in retail, hospitality, administrative support or standard call center environments.
• Willingness to learn new software systems and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Inbound request management: handle calls, emails, and digital requests from clients and agents.
• Premium oversight: monitor due dates and issue reminders to prevent lapses.
• Data management: update SmartOffice CRM with accurate policy data.
• Reporting: prepare and share Summary of Insurance with clients and agents.
• Compliance: maintain strict data privacy and industry regulations.
• Problem resolution: troubleshoot discrepancies and communicate solutions.
