• Prior insurance background is not required.
• Strong comfort level learning new software systems; familiarity with CRM/databases preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with empathy and professionalism.
• Attention to detail with high-volume data entry and accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Inbound request management as primary contact for client inquiries, policy changes, and inforce illustration requests.
• Premium oversight: monitor due dates, issue reminders, coordinate carrier follow-ups to prevent lapses.
• Data management: update SmartOffice CRM and maintain organized client records.
• Reporting: generate and distribute Summary of Insurance reports to clients and agents.
• Compliance: adhere to data privacy and industry regulations.
• Troubleshoot administrative discrepancies and communicate solutions to policyholders.
